TASTI PRODUCTS
This project demonstrates our ability to operate as a main contractor within live, high-pressure environments,
maintaining operations while delivering staged upgrades across active sites.
Four-month programme, including critical shutdown and mobilisation periods
The warehouse was upgraded and handed back fully operational, with improved layout, upgraded systems, and no disruption to Tasti Products’ ability to operate throughout the project.
- Warehouse upgrade to compliant materials
- Service upgrades across active operational areas
- Internal layout changes to improve functionality
- Installation and removal of temporary operational infrastructure
- Management of works within a live, hygiene-controlled environment
The project was delivered within a live facility operated by Tasti Products, where both internal operations and external access points remained active throughout.
Works were carefully staged to allow construction to take place alongside ongoing production, without interrupting the client’s ability to operate.
The project involved upgrading the warehouse while maintaining continuous operations within a food-grade, hygiene-controlled environment.
All works were carried out around live activity, requiring careful sequencing to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational continuity at every stage.
To support this, a temporary warehouse facility was established, allowing Tasti Products to continue operating internally while upgrade works were carried out around the active space.
External access points remained in use throughout, requiring materials, deliveries, and movements to be precisely coordinated to avoid disruption.
The project combined live-environment delivery, staging, and operational continuity within a single programme.
- 1,200m² warehouse upgraded within a live environment
- Full programme delivered over four months
- Continuous 24/7 operations maintained throughout works
- 10-day shutdown utilised to establish temporary warehouse facility
- Final four-day dismantle completed ahead of handover and return to full operation
- All works delivered within a hygiene-controlled, food-grade environment
Works were structured in stages to allow upgrades to progress while maintaining full operational capability.
At the outset, a 10-day shutdown was used to establish the temporary warehouse setup, enabling operations to resume immediately while construction continued around them.
Throughout the programme, works were sequenced to maintain:
- hygiene standards
- safe access across all areas
- coordination of materials and site movements
At completion, a four-day dismantle and pack-down was carried out over the Easter period, removing the temporary structure and returning the facility to full operation — ready for immediate use at handover.
