N A T I O N A L | C O L L A B O R A T I O N S

These collaborations reflect our ability to work within complex project environments over time; integrating with wider teams, maintaining consistency, and delivering outcomes that support larger programmes.

TIMEFRAME

One Day – 10 Year Support

SCOPE

Working alongside Tier 1 contractors, alliances, and long-term delivery partners across multiple programmes.

Across a number of projects, we’ve worked alongside contractors, developers, and organisations to deliver asbestos removal and demolition projects, along with remediation and bulk works, as part of wider programmes.

Many of these collaborations have developed over 5–10+ years, reflecting a consistent level of trust, reliability, and performance across multiple projects, sectors, and environments.

These works often involve stepping into live and evolving conditions — working alongside multiple stakeholders while maintaining safety, coordination, and progress on site.

NORTHCOTE | PRECINT & WIDER PROGRAMMES

OVERVIEW

Delivered as part of a wider redevelopment programme, this work involved asbestos removal, deconstruction, and site preparation across multiple residential precincts.

Similar works were also delivered across Mt Roskill, Waikōwhai, Hobsonville, and Oranga, forming part of ongoing collaboration across multiple sites.

KEY OUTCOMES

  • 1.55 hectare precinct prepared for redevelopment
  • 16 residential properties removed across varied building types
  • Over 89% of materials diverted from landfill

MHX KIRKBRIDE ALLIANCE

Overview

Delivered as part of a major infrastructure alliance, this project required rapid-response asbestos removal within a live motorway environment.

Delivery

Works were mobilised within tight timeframes, requiring the team to respond quickly to contamination and operate safely within a high-risk, high-traffic environment.

Strict controls and staging allowed works to be carried out alongside live motorway operations without disruption to the wider programme.

Key Outcomes

  • Mobilisation within 24 hours of contamination identification
  • Asbestos-contaminated materials safely removed adjacent to a live motorway
  • No health and safety incidents recorded during delivery
  • Enabled wider project to meet critical construction milestones

CARRINGTON | LONG-TERM CLIENT PARTNERSHIP

We have supported this client for over 10 years, delivering asbestos removal and contamination management works across multiple sites and evolving project stages.

Delivery

Works have included removal of contaminated soil, concrete, and asbestos pipe systems within active environments, often alongside multiple contractors and stakeholders sharing the same site.

Across this ongoing relationship, we have supported more than 30 sites, delivering works ranging from small targeted responses through to large-scale remediation programmes.

Complex conditions were encountered, including undocumented underground infrastructure requiring layered removal approaches to fully remediate areas.

Key Outcomes

  • 322 tonnes of ACM concrete and construction material removed (2024)
  • 2,600 tonnes of ACM soil removed (2024)
  • 59 tonnes of Class A & B asbestos pipe removed (2024)

Works were carried out alongside live services, including proximity to an active rail corridor, requiring strict controls and close coordination with project partners.

Rapid mobilisation and controlled execution allowed works to be completed efficiently while maintaining safety and programme continuity.

Key Outcomes

  • Approximately 860 tonnes of ACM soil removed
  • Mobilisation achieved within 48 hours of request
  • Works delivered with minimal disruption to live infrastructure
  • Completed under strict environmental controls and water restrictions

PROGRAMME DELIVERY

Across these collaborations, we have delivered a wide range of works including internal strip-outs, demolition, asbestos removal, and contamination management across the Auckland region.

This includes:

  • project values ranging from $20,000 through to $50 million
  • work across sectors including education, health, and justice
  • programmes delivered from single-day works through to year-long projects
