The deconstruction and removal of the external stairwell and canopy foundations, along with site remedial works within the car park, were key components of this project. Once the remedial works
were completed, our team reinstated the car parks, pedestrian crossing, and footpath.

Despite being a 4-week job within a 6-month programme, meticulous planning and coordination were essential to minimise disruption.

HAUL ROAD | CIVIL WORKS

During the January school holidays, we installed a temporary haul road to access the back of a primary school, enabling asbestos removal, demolition, and relocations.

The road, approximately 110 meters long, was constructed to endure the weight and frequency of crane operations, anticipating over a year of use with continuous maintenance.

This essential infrastructure ensured the safe and efficient execution of the project and was completed in a two-week
timeframe.

BUNNINGS | BULK WORKS

We completed the installation of a 540 m² concrete pad within the yard, designated for storage, forklift operations, and customer parking.

This project, completed within a two-week period, ensures a durable and functional space to support daily operations and enhance customer accessibility.
