PARK ESTATE | DEMOLITION

Park Estate involved the demolition of a 8 medium sized sheds, 1 large double storey shed and 491m2 brick and tile two storey home.

310m2 Asbestos Class A removal was undertaken in this property and full clearance provided prior to demolition.

All demolition of sheds were to ground slab only but the house once demolition started was found to have structural I beams and required deep foundation removal.

The Asbestos Removal and Demolition of this project took two weeks to complete.

WAIMAUKU | DECONSTRUCTION

This project required the hand deconstruction of deck, baseboard, stairwells and ramps of this property. 174m2 Class B Asbestos removal had taken place. Every piece of non contaminated deconstruction material and unwanted items below the deconstruction area were strategically recycled.

Waimauku was a four day project.

PONSONBY | DEMOLITION & CIVIL

This Ponsonby project required careful attention to detail due to the proximity of all neighbouring properties.

Our scope was demolition of the house (332m2) and the garden shed (50m2) plus civil works for the new property. Throughout this process it was identified that contamination still remained on site that needed to be strategically dealt with as the demolition and civil works had already commenced.

The project did not require recycling however due to the age of the building we were able to salvage some of the materials to the community. The completion of this project took four months.
