CAMPUS RE-ROOF

Over a three-year period, including the COVID-19 pandemic, we successfully managed a 16,000m² project involving asbestos roofing removal, demolition of unusable timber framing, and removal of windows and redundant services. The asbestos roof removal was part of an upgrade to enhance energy efficiency and seismic strength.

Despite the building remaining operational 24/7, we coordinated seamlessly with other sub-trades to ensure safe execution for all involved while maintaining the building’s functionality. Our team managed the safety and operations of all staff, contractors, and visitors from inception to handover within the asbestos removal zones.

Leveraging our in-depth knowledge of the Act, we developed a strategy in collaboration with our clients to navigate constraints while prioritising everyone’s safety.

ENVIRO CLEANS

Specialising in contamination management, we have done and still conduct environmental cleans across various locations based on business requirements.

These cleans encompass a range of contaminants, including asbestos, lead, and fiberglass. The duration of our projects varies with size, typically spanning from one day to three months. Our experience includes cleaning areas from as small as 2m² to large warehouses of up to 16,000m².

We accommodate business needs, activities, and deadlines by performing these cleans during weekdays, weekends, and nights.

INTERNAL BUILDING

Following severe weather damage, we were urgently commissioned to remove a full ceiling grid across an executive level floor. This 50m² project, including removal, load-out, and cleanup, was successfully completed in a single night.

Additionally, we undertook and continue to undertake the removal of gaskets throughout various warehouses to upgrade heating systems. This involved full Class A asbestos removal, with each gasket removal taking approximately one night.

We also executed internal strip-outs of approximately 4000m² of maintenance workstations to repurpose the area into office spaces.
