The Agency has successfully completed a diverse range of projects across the Auckland Region, encompassing strip outs, demolition, and asbestos removal.
Our portfolio includes both residential and commercial projects spanning various sectors such as education, health, and justice departments. Over an 8-year partnership, we’ve tackled more than 20 projects with values ranging from $20,000 to $50 million.
These projects often involved complex scenarios requiring innovative solutions, work outside of regular business hours, and adherence to historical and stringent requirements.
ASBESTOS PIPE & SOIL
Since the partnership began in 2015, we have successfully managed over 30 sites across the Northern and Auckland regions.
We have been entrusted with Class A and Class B asbestos removal, including contaminated soil removal, catering to projects of varying sizes from small 2m² areas to extensive development zones.
Our team is known for its reliability, frequently being a steady presence on long-term projects while also providing flexible support to ensure minimal disruption to project timelines.
ASBESTOS REMOVAL, DEMOLITION & ASBESTOS PIPE & SOIL
Over a three-year period, this partnership encompassed the removal of asbestos from single-story properties to larger complexes.
Our scope of work included not only the demolition of these properties but also the remediation of the grounds, addressing contaminated soil and asbestos pipe removal. This ensured that civil teams could proceed with their project development seamlessly.
The projects varied widely in duration, ranging from a single day to a full year, and were located across numerous sites throughout Auckland.
